A Zone Controlled system is a type of HVAC system that allows you to control the temperatures of different rooms or Zones in your building. Zone Control systems are extremely useful when you have:

• Rooms that heat or cool unevenly
• Rooms or areas that are not used frequently
• Different temperature preferences for different people

Inevitably, the savings come down to your electricity bill. Being able to completely turn off any heating or cooling in rooms that are not in use makes a huge reduction on the requirement of heated/cooled air from your HVAC system.
